At the factory

Repairs and overhauls at the factory

A factory repair or overhaul may be needed depending on the type of damage or work involved. For us to help you as quickly as possible, please do the following BEFORE contacting us:

  • Consult the operating instructions. You could well find a description of your problem there and a remedy for it!
  • If not available, you can download  them.
 

Please give us the following information:

  • Series or installation No.  (see nameplate)
  • The precise machine designation (brand, type, year built)
  • Name and type of pL CNC control system (if used) and which software version it is
  • The approximate date of arrival (when the delivery should arrive at pL LEHMANN)
  • Desired date for the return delivery (express or standard shipment). For more details, see Shipment information.
  • Indication of the value of the goods if imported to Switzerland.


The formal invoice must be correctly drawn up. This is absolutely essential to ensure trouble-free clearance through customs.

 

   

Please note:


Unfortunately, we have to refuse to accept the goods if
  • the goods have not been registered with us as described on the left side;
  • the delivery documents have not been issued in the prescribed manner (e.g. when the indication of origin is missing).
