Peter Lehmann AG is a Swiss company based in CH-3552 Bärau. As the operator of these pages, we take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the applicable statutory data protection regulations and this privacy policy. The use of our website is, with the reservation of technical data such as IP addresses, in principle possible without providing personal data. As far as personal data (e.g. name, first name, telephone, address or e-mail addresses) is collected on our pages, this is, as far as possible, always performed on a voluntary basis. This data is not merged with other data sources. However, the website operator reserves the right to subsequently check the server log files if there are concrete indications of illegal use.

5 CONTACT FORM
If you fill out a form such as the contact form on our website, the information you provide is sent to us by e-mail and stored in our database for traceability and protection against misuse. We do not pass this data on to third parties without your consent. By submitting the contact form you agree to this procedure.
6 NEWSLETTER DATA
We offer our customers a newsletter. If you would like to receive it, we need a valid e-mail address from you. Then you receive an e-mail in which you have to confirm your registration. If you provide us with your name and address, we use them to personalize the newsletter. In the newsletter we use your first name and name as well as the salutation for a personal address. Your address is stored in our address file. In doing so, we want to offer you added value and address you personally.
If you do not want that, you may inform us at any time and we will remove this data. We use the address data exclusively for sending the requested information and correspondence with our customers in connection with invoices, contracts and project-specific work. Your data is treated confidentially and is never passed on to third parties for advertising purposes. 7 SSL ENCRYPTIONS
To protect the transmission of confidential data via our forms and for security reasons, we use SSL encryption as technology. You can recognize an encrypted connection in the address line "https://" and by the lock symbol displayed in the browser. Data encrypted by SSL cannot be read by third parties during transmission.
8 GOOGLE ANALYTICS
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google"). Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies" (see Section 3 above). The information collected by cookies about the use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. IP anonymization is activated on our website. The IP address of the users within the member states of the EU and the European Economic Area is thus shortened. This shortening eliminates the personal reference to your IP address. 9 HOTJAR
For our website we use the web analytics service Hotjar of the company Hotjar Ltd ("Hotjar"). Hotjar is a European company based in Malta. This analysis service allows us to track movements on our website. For example, you can see how far users scroll down the screen and which buttons they click. This provides us with useful information to optimise our website even more customer-friendly. When using Hotjar, we pay particular attention to the protection of your personal data. We can only track which buttons are clicked, the mouse movement, the scrolling behavior, the screen resolution of the device, the device type and browser information, country of residence and browser language: hotjar offers each user the option of preventing the use of the service by means of a "Do Not Track" header, so that no data is recorded about the visit to the respective website. 10 YOUTUBE
We integrate some videos of the platform "YouTube" of the provider Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. This integration can result in data being exchanged with YouTube in the background. Whenever possible, we embed our videos in the "enhanced privacy mode". 11 INTEGRATION OF THIRD PARTY SERVICES AND CONTENT
We occasionally use third party contents on our website, such as maps from Google Maps, RSS feeds or graphics from other websites. These contents are integrated on our website. This partly presupposes that the providers of this content (hereinafter referred to as "third party providers") perceive the IP address of the users. Because without the IP address they could not send the contents to the browser of the respective user. The IP address is therefore required for the display of this content. We make every effort to use only those contents whose respective providers use the IP address only for the delivery of the contents.
